Product Summary

Acetic acid is the main component of white vinegar, also known as alcohol vinegar or crystal vinegar. This colorless liquid is composed of water and acetic acid, obtained most often from the natural fermentation of beet sugar.

This product complies with Decree No. 88-1207 of 30 December 1988 (as amended by Decree No. 2005-553 of 19 May 2005): the designation "vinegar" is reserved for the product obtained exclusively by the biological process of double fermentation, alcoholic and acetic, of food and beverages of agricultural origin or their aqueous dilutions.

Our 14° household white vinegar is a raw material certified by ECOCERT GREENLIFE, and complies with the ECODETERGENT Reference Framework.

We offer 14° household vinegar for sale in 20-liter jerry cans, 200-liter drums and 1000-liter IBCs.
