The Elmasonic X-tra ST stationary ultrasonic units are designed for use in production, workshops and service environments. The complete equipment makes operating the units simpler and more efficient. Even stubborn soiling such as polishing pastes can be easily removed at 25 kHz. At 45 kHz, sensitive surfaces are gently cleaned and degreased. The individual "Sweep", "Pulse" and "Dynamic" functions enable even more efficient cleaning. All functions and cleaning parameters — such as timer and heating selection as well as ultrasonic frequency — are set on the front-mounted control panel, are easy to use and always visible.The Elmasonic X-tra ST units are designed for the most demanding continuous operation. The oscillating tanks are constructed from special stainless steel, making the units extremely sturdy and durable. A 3-year warranty applies for 8-hour-per-day service use.

Functions of the Elmasonic xtra ST stationary ultrasonic units:

• Multi-frequency with 25/45 kHz: individually adjustable frequencies depending on the type of cleaning.
• 25 kHz for coarse cleaning of parts and removal of stubborn soiling such as lapping and polishing pastes.
• 45 kHz for cleaning sensitive parts and surfaces to remove soiling such as oils, drilling emulsions and greases. Also ideal for hard surfaces such as metal and glass in industry, crafts and jewelry manufacturing.
• Sweep function for optimal distribution of the sound field or cleaning power throughout the entire ultrasonic bath.
• The Pulse function increases the peak power of the ultrasound. It helps to boost cleaning power to remove even extremely stubborn soiling.
• Dynamic function: the Sweep and Pulse functions operate with automatic alternation. Ultrasonic power can be increased by up to 20% at any given moment. The homogeneous distribution of ultrasound in the ultrasonic bath also increases cleaning efficiency.
• Short heating times thanks to temperature regulation (30–80°C).
• User-safe with safety shut-off.
• Ease of use through quick exchange of the generator and control unit. This means the units can be put back into service quickly and are more available to the user.
