Delivery
Shipping participation fees are calculated based on weight, distance (outside mainland France), and the destination country.
All announced lead times are calculated in business days. The indicated lead times are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation, and shipping time of your order (leaving the warehouse). They start from the moment the order is validated (paid order). The carrier's delivery time (postal service or carrier, see below) must be added to this lead time.
Shipping times:
Any item available in stock is shipped within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and holiday periods).
Generally:
- For an order placed Monday through Thursday (excluding public holidays and holiday periods): if the order is placed and paid before 11:30 a.m. and the product is in stock, the parcel may be shipped the same day. Otherwise, the parcel is shipped the next day.
- For an order placed on Friday (excluding public holidays and holiday periods): if the order is placed and paid before 11:00 a.m. and the product is in stock, the parcel may be shipped the same day. Otherwise, the parcel is shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays and holiday periods).
- For an order placed and paid on Saturday or Sunday (excluding holiday periods): the parcel is shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays and holiday periods).
Delivery methods:
The ordered product is delivered by postal service or by an independent carrier, according to your choice *, to the address shown on the order form (* excluding specific products).
The announced lead times are indicated from our warehouses.
Generally
Delivery via So Colissimo, Colissimo Expert International or Colissimo Outremer:
Delivery times: estimated time announced by the carrier: 2 business days for metropolitan France, 3 to 4 business days for Belgium. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Carrier Delivery:
Delivery times: estimated time announced by the carrier: 3 business days for mainland France, 4 business days for Belgium. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Please note that carrier deliveries are generally made in the afternoon, Monday to Friday. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery address: Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the order process. Please make sure to verify the validity of this address. Any change of delivery address after departure from our warehouses will result in an additional delivery charge.
For carrier deliveries, please include a valid phone number on the delivery address where you can be easily reached so that the driver can call you for delivery (mobile phone preferred).
Upon delivery :
You must imperatively check that the delivered goods conform to your order at the time of delivery, as well as the good condition of the package and the goods, before signing the delivery note.
You must indicate on the delivery note any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged package and/or product) in the form of handwritten reservations and/or the reason for refusing delivery, accompanied by your signature.
This verification is considered carried out as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by them, has signed the delivery note. You must also report any anomalies by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, confirm your reservations to the carrier no later than 3 business days after receipt of the item(s), and send a copy of this letter to:
