Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, distance (outside mainland France), and destination country.

All lead times are calculated in business days. The times indicated are averages and correspond to the processing, preparation, and dispatch times for your order (leaving the warehouse). They apply from the validation of the order (paid order). Carrier delivery time must be added to this timeframe (postal service or carrier, see below).

Dispatch times:

Any item in stock is dispatched within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and holiday periods).

Generally:

  • For orders placed from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays and holiday periods): if the order is placed and paid before 11:30 AM and the product is in stock: the parcel may be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, the parcel is dispatched the following day.
  • For orders placed on Friday (excluding public holidays and holiday periods): if the order is placed and paid before 11:00 AM and the product is in stock: the parcel may be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, the parcel is dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays and holiday periods).
  • For orders placed and paid on Saturday or Sunday (excluding holiday periods): the parcel is dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays and holiday periods).

 

Delivery methods:

The ordered product is delivered via postal service or independent carrier, depending on your choice *, to the address indicated on the order form (* excluding specific products).

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the moment orders leave our warehouses.

Generally

Delivery via So Colissimo, Colissimo Expert International, or Colissimo Outremer:

Delivery times: estimated carrier timeframe: 2 business days for mainland France, 3 to 4 business days for Belgium. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Carrier Delivery:

Delivery times: estimated carrier timeframe: 3 business days for mainland France, 4 business days for Belgium. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Please note that carrier deliveries generally take place in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Delivery address: Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Please ensure that you check the validity of this address carefully. Any change of delivery address after dispatch from our warehouses will incur additional delivery fees.

For carrier deliveries, please provide a valid phone number on the delivery address where you can be easily reached so that the driver can call you for delivery (mobile phone preferred).

Upon delivery:
You must inspect the conformity of the delivered goods upon delivery, as well as the good condition of the parcel and the goods, before signing the delivery driver's proof of delivery.

You must indicate any delivery anomaly (damaged parcel and/or product) on the proof of delivery in the form of handwritten reservations and/or state the reason for refusing the delivery, accompanied by your signature.

This inspection is considered completed once the buyer or an authorized person has signed the proof of delivery. You must also report any anomalies and confirm your reservations to the carrier by registered mail with return receipt requested within a maximum of 3 business days following receipt of the item(s), and send a copy of this letter to:
