Elmasonic EASY units are available in 9 different sizes, all with stainless steel tanks. They are equipped with raised feet that increase protection of the electronics against splashes. From EASY 30 H onwards, units are equipped with heating, and from EASY 60 H onwards with a drain outlet at the rear.

Reliable cleaning technology

The Elmasonic EASY series comprises 9 units of different sizes and stands out for its simple and user-friendly operation. Its ultrasonic power of 100% at a frequency of 37 kHz, the Pulse function and the visual warning (when the bath reaches the programmed temperature limit) allow the Elmasonic EASY to perform typical cleaning tasks quickly and effectively.The activatable Pulse function is designed to remove stubborn mineral soiling and polishing pastes. Its ultrasonic power is increased by 20%, enabling it to remove any soiling easily and quickly.The temperature limit can be adjusted according to individual needs. When the programmed temperature limit is reached, the unit sends a visual warning to prevent protein coagulation and thus protect heat-sensitive parts.

Comparison of Sweep and Pulse functions

The permanently integrated Sweep function ensures a uniform distribution of the sound field and thus effective removal of soiling. It is ideal for greases, oils and pigments, as these dissolve quickly in the cleaning solution.The adjustable Pulse function increases the ultrasonic peak power. The ultrasound penetrates the soiling, which then flakes off. This function is ideal for encrusted and stubborn soiling such as plaster and polishing pastes. In addition, the cleaning effect is visible up to 20% faster.
