The Elmasonic EASY series comprises 9 units of different sizes and is distinguished by its simple and user-friendly operation. Its ultrasonic power of 100% at a frequency of 37 kHz, the Pulse function and the visual warning (if the bath reaches the programmed temperature limit), allow the Elmasonic EASY to quickly and efficiently carry out typical cleaning tasks.The activatable Pulse function is designed to remove stubborn mineral contaminants and polishing pastes. Its ultrasonic power is increased by 20%, allowing it to remove any contaminant easily and quickly.The temperature limit can be adjusted according to individual needs. When the programmed temperature limit is reached, the unit sends a visual warning to prevent protein coagulation and thus protect heat-sensitive parts.

Comparison of Sweep and Pulse functions

The Sweep function, permanently integrated, ensures uniform distribution of the sound field and thus effective elimination of contaminants. It is ideal for greases, oils and pigments as these dissolve quickly in the cleaning solution.The adjustable Pulse function increases ultrasonic peak power. The ultrasound penetrates the contaminant, which then flakes off. This function is ideal for encrusted and stubborn contaminants such as plaster and polishing pastes. In addition, the cleaning effect is visible up to 20% faster.
