Thanks to the FONTAINE AWM900 combined with the ARCAMECA L700 solution (releasing detergent, low-foaming), all parts are perfectly cleaned and quickly restored to a like-new appearance. Furthermore, the work is carried out on the cleaning table at the right height without any products harmful to people or the environment, such as aerosols for example. Another example is a company specializing in the manufacture and maintenance of ball bearings. Upon receipt of used parts, these are often particularly soiled by various lubricants such as synthetic greases, white lithium greases, mineral greases, dry PTFE lubricants, … each bearing requiring a lubricant suited to its application. In order to facilitate the assembly and reassembly of the many components that make up a bearing, this company adopted the FONTAINE AWM900 with ARCAMECA 250 (cold fountain degreaser) for its workshop. This combination allowed them to perfectly degrease their parts while maintaining a light lubrication to facilitate their reassembly. The FONTAINE AWM900 was the only one capable of handling the quantity of grease and oil for 6 weeks without replacing the bath and without "clogging" the pump, thanks to its robust design.
