The Elmasonic xtra ST series is designed for use in production, workshops and technical services. Equipped for continuous operation and the highest demands, with a 3-year warranty for 8-hour-per-day service. Complete equipment makes using the units simpler and more efficient.
All parameters such as time and heating selection, ultrasonic frequency and other programmable functions are easily set and monitored on the control panel installed on the front panel.
Features of the Elmasonic xtra ST

Multifrequency with 25/45 kHz: individually adjustable frequencies according to the type of cleaning.
- 25kHz for coarse cleaning of parts and removal of stubborn soiling such as lapping and polishing pastes.
- 45kHz for cleaning sensitive parts and surfaces for removal of soiling such as oils, drilling emulsions and greases. Also ideal for hard surfaces such as metal and glass in industry, crafts and jewelry manufacturing.
- Sweep function for optimal distribution of the sound field or cleaning power throughout the ultrasonic bath.
- The Pulse function increases the peak power of the ultrasonics. It improves cleaning power to also remove extremely stubborn soiling.
- Dynamic function: the Sweep and Pulse functions operate with automatic alternation. The ultrasonic power can be increased by up to 20% depending on the moment. The homogeneous distribution of ultrasonics in the ultrasonic bath also increases cleaning efficiency.
- Short heating times thanks to temperature control (30 - 80°C).
- Safe for users with safety shutdown.
- Ease of use through quick replacement of the generator and control unit. This allows units to be reused quickly and are more available to the user.
