Soda lye 30% EcoCert - Sodium hydroxide in solution - CAS 1310-73-2
Product Summary
Soda lye 30% is a solution composed of sodium hydroxide (also known as caustic soda) diluted in 70% water. It is a corrosive base, presented in the form of a clear liquid. Soda lye is used by industrial operators for its stripping properties as well as in immersion degreasing operations during surface treatment processes. Soap makers use it in the soap manufacturing process (saponification of oils).
We offer three packaging options for soda lye for professionals: in a 27 kg jerry can, a 278 kg drum, and a 1330 kg IBC container.
For logistical reasons, you may prefer to use pure caustic soda at 99%. Also discover our soda crystals (sodium carbonate).
Our 30% soda lye is a raw material verified by ECOCERT GREENLIFE, compliant with the ECODETERGENT and COSMOS (V3 only) standards. This facilitates the preparation of your ECOCERT certification files.
