Vacuum Generator for Solvent Recyclers

All IA solvent recyclers can be equipped with a vacuum generator to reduce the distillation temperature, particularly for the recycling of so-called "ecological" solvents.

This GVS-P type vacuum generator can be used for solvents with very high boiling points or for flammable solvents whose boiling point is close to the auto-ignition point.

It consists of:

? A steel or stainless steel tank (option) for vacuum management. The volume correlates with the capacity of the recycler.
? A mechanically welded steel frame
? A venturi system with vacuum pressure gauge (vacuometer)
? An air inlet with pressure regulator and pressure gauge
? An external level indicator to visualize the quantity of solvent contained
? A manual discharge valve
? A flexible connection allowing the collection of distilled solvent from the recycler.
