Vacuum Generator for Solvent Recyclers

All IA solvent recyclers can be equipped with a vacuum generator to reduce the distillation temperature, particularly for the recycling of so-called "eco-friendly" solvents.

This GVS-P type vacuum generator can be used for solvents with a very high boiling point or for flammable solvents whose boiling point is close to the auto-ignition point.

It consists of:

- A steel or stainless steel (option) tank for vacuum management. The volume is correlated with the capacity of the recycler.
- A mechanically welded steel frame
? A venturi system with vacuum pressure gauge (vacuometer)
? An air inlet with pressure regulator and pressure gauge
? An external sight glass to monitor the quantity of solvent contained
? A manual discharge valve
? A flexible connection for collecting the distilled solvent from the recycler.
