SOLVENT RECYCLER - REGENERATOR - INDUSTRIAL RECYCLING 15L
PRINCIPLE
The recycler is a device that enables the recovery of reusable solvents from used, contaminated solvents. This operation is carried out by distillation and can be repeated multiple times.
The boiling of the solvent to be treated takes place in a stainless steel tank which is itself immersed in a diathermic oil bath heated by an electric resistance system.
At its boiling temperature, the solvent vapors are directed to a condenser and then cooled by air OR by water. The condensed solvent is then recovered to feed back into its production cycle.
SPECIFICATIONS
The IA series recyclers are designed with a stainless steel tank and lid, which promotes fast and safe distillation. The use of heat-resistant bags allows the operator to never come into direct contact with solvents and/or residues.
This special bag withstands high temperatures (up to 180°C) and chemical attacks from solvents. The use of this bag keeps the bottom of the tank free of waste. It also eliminates time lost cleaning the tank. Furthermore, while preventing damage to the bottom of the tank, it offers better thermal conductivity. The bags and their waste must be reprocessed in accordance with current legislation. This results in a very significant reduction in waste reprocessing costs and significant savings on solvent purchases (approximately 3,000 liters per year with an Alpha 30).
The electrical system of these recyclers can be configured for use in ATEX Zone 2 (ATEX EX II 3G) or for installation in Zone 1 (ATEX EX II 2G). They are therefore usable in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The ALPHA recyclers are recognized and can be used safely as they are designed and manufactured in accordance with the applicable CE and ATEX standards. Each recycler is factory-tested before being shipped to our customers.

OPTIONS
? Heat-resistant bags (180°C) to facilitate the extraction of distillation residues by preventing adhesion to the bottom of the tank. Available in lots of 50 and 100 pieces
? GVS: All recyclers can be equipped with a vacuum generator to reduce the distillation temperature. It is usable in cases where:
a. The solvents to be distilled have their distillation temperature close to their decomposition temperature, as with many chlorinated solvents
b. The solvents have distillation temperatures between 160 to 210°
