Description
ARCADECAP JANTES S100 is a powerful product developed for stripping and renovating aluminum wheels by hot immersion.
It enables short cycle times: the majority of wheels will be stripped in less than 2 hours, optimizing productivity. Its 100% active ingredient formulation ensures excellent bath longevity, particularly when used with a filtration system.
It is a stripper free of methylene chloride, NMP, and methanol, which improves safety in use. Thanks to its excellent wetting power and high penetration capacity, the product acts by swelling and breaking the adhesive bonds of coatings. ARCADECAP JANTES S100 is also compatible with our solvent regenerators for optimized bath management.

APPLICATION METHOD
- Clean/degrease wheels with ARCANE 816HP to avoid contaminating the bath
- Heat the bath to 25–80°C
- Immerse wheels in the bath for 30 min to 2h
- Drain then rinse thoroughly with clean water
- Wipe or allow to dry
