Paint stripper for bath or spray – ARCADECAP BCA Ultra concentrated, without harmful solvents
Ultra-concentrated professional stripper with aqueous base, without methylene chloride or CMR solvents. Ideal for thermal or chemical stripping in bath (25–80°C) of powder coatings, epoxy, PU, e-coating on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Description
ARCADECAP BCA Ultra concentrated is a new generation technical stripper designed for bath or spray processes. Formulated without methylene chloride, methanol or NMP, it offers a high-performance and safe solution for deep stripping of industrial paints, even complex ones: powder coatings, epoxy, polyurethane, acrylics, e-coating. Its action is based on a mechanism of swelling and breaking adhesive bonds, allowing clean removal of coatings. It is compatible with sensitive metallic materials such as aluminum or magnesium. Once diluted, the product is not classified as hazardous, thus facilitating its implementation in the workshop.
BENEFITS
- Without CMR solvents: no dichloromethane, methanol, NMP
- Safe aqueous base, not classified as hazardous after dilution
- Deep stripping by swelling/breaking bonds
- Usable in bath or spray at 25–80°C
- Maintaining clean bath through filtration
- Excellent penetration on multilayer coatings
SECTORS OF ACTIVITY
- Paint and coating industry
- Stripping and surface treatment workshops
- Metallurgy, industrial sheet metal work
- Manufacturing and maintenance of technical parts (automotive, aeronautics, railway)
- Jewelry (e-coating stripping)
FUNCTIONS
- Thermal or chemical stripping in hot bath
- Removal of powder coatings, varnishes, polyurethane, epoxy, acrylics
- Cleaning of paint guns and parts in ultrasonic tank
COMPATIBLE MATERIALS
- Steel, stainless steel, ferrous metals
- Aluminum, magnesium, light alloys

SAFETY / COMPLIANCE / LABELS
Regulatory characteristics and precautions:
- Not classified as hazardous after dilution (5–10%)
- Without halogenated or CMR solvents
- Partially biodegradable formulation depending on dosage
- Use with agitation or recirculation for maximum efficiency
IMPLEMENTATION
Recommended operating procedure:
- Dilution: 5 to 10% ARCADECAP BCA Ultra in water (e.g.: 100 L for 900 L water)
- Agitate or recirculate to homogenize the solution
- Preheat the bath to 45–80°C as needed
- Immerse parts, maintain agitation during operation
- Action time: from 30 minutes to several hours depending on coating
- Remove parts, drain, then eliminate residues with brush, HP jet or finishing bath
