THERMOLIQUID CHAUFFAGE MEG is a concentrated antifreeze heat transfer fluid, formulated with monoethylene glycol and corrosion inhibitors. It protects central heating systems against frost, corrosion and foam formation (bacteriostatic).
THERMOLIQUID CHAUFFAGE MEG should be diluted by you with water, according to the desired antifreeze properties.
If your technical constraints allow it, its harmful nature leads us to recommend replacing it with our THERMOLIQUID MPG.
Advantages of THERMOLIQUID CHAUFFAGE MEG:
- it contains no nitrite but a 100% organic corrosion inhibitor that provides enhanced protection for radiators, pumps and pipework (note that a dilution greater than 33% of concentrated THERMOLIQUID MEG would no longer provide sufficient anti-corrosion protection).
- excellent compatibility with elastomers used in seals
- good protection for bus, truck and car engines.
- has a high boiling point which reduces the risk of overheating in the cooling system
- free from silicates or other mineral salts, it therefore presents no risk of scale deposits.
- can be safely used in cast iron, aluminium or copper alloy cooling systems
- contains a bittering agent (denatonium benzoate) to prevent accidental ingestion.
We offer this product for sale exclusively to professionals. Available in various pack sizes: 20 kg drum, 200 kg barrel, 1000 kg IBC.
MAIN FUNCTION
Heat transfer fluid: transports heat (or cold) from one point to another.
INDUSTRIAL USE
THERMOLIQUID CHAUFFAGE MEG is used for:
- Central heating networks
- Double-exchange hot water production systems
- Industrial heating circuits
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Before use, it is advisable to clean and descale your installations. Use demineralised water for better heat transfer fluid performance.
You can add an anti-foam additive to prevent foam from forming in your mixture.
