Concentrated MPG thermal fluid: protection against freezing and corrosion

THERMOLIQUID MPG Concentrate is a concentrated antifreeze heat transfer and cold transfer fluid, formulated with mono propylene glycol and corrosion inhibitors. It protects installations against freezing, corrosion and foam development (bacteriostatic). It is the alternative to mineral inhibitors and mono ethylene glycol MEG base.

This concentrated product is not classified as hazardous (not harmful to humans and the environment). It can be used in food processing installations, with limited risk in case of leakage.

THERMOLIQUID MPG meets the performance criteria for corrosion tests according to ASTM D1384, required by the ASTM-D3306 standard.

THERMOLIQUID MPG Concentrate will be diluted by you with water, depending on the desired antifreeze properties.
If you prefer a ready-to-use solution, refer to our THERMOLIQUID MPG READY TO USE.
For a more economical solution, use THERMOLIQUID MEG. However, this solution is toxic to humans and the environment.

We offer this product for sale exclusively to professionals. Find it in various packaging: 20-liter can, 200-liter drum, 1000-liter IBC container.

Heat transfer fluid: transports heat (or cold) from one point to another.

INDUSTRIAL USE

Concentrated MPG is used for:

• industrial refrigeration: cold rooms, cooling systems for industrial tanks, particularly for beer brewing
• sprinklers
• central heating circuits
• solar panels
• outdoor air conditioning units

OTHER COMMON USES

MPG is also used as antifreeze on aircraft wings, and as a product for creating smoke in the entertainment industry.

USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

Before use, it is recommended to clean and descale your installations. Use demineralized water for better heat transfer fluid performance.

You can add an antifoam additive to prevent foam formation in your mixture.
