General Description

THERMOLIQUID DÉSEMBOUAGE is a cleaning solution specially formulated for sludged hydraulic heating systems. Designed to effectively dissolve, disperse and eliminate sludge, corrosive deposits and accumulated residues in radiators, pipework and heat exchangers, this product restores the performance and circulation of the heat transfer fluid throughout the system. Its non-acid formulation minimizes the risk of corrosion or damage to metallic and synthetic components present in heating circuits.

Instructions for Use

1. Dosage: Add THERMOLIQUID DÉSEMBOUAGE to the circuit at approximately 1% of the system water volume (i.e. approximately 1 L per 100 L of water).

2. Circulation: Allow the product to circulate with all valves open, preferably at normal operating temperature.

3. Action time: For complete cleaning, it is recommended to keep the product circulating for at least 2 hours, or even several days depending on the level of sludging.

4. Rinsing: After action, drain and thoroughly rinse the circuit to remove dispersed sludge, then refill with clean water.

5. Protection: Once cleaning is complete, consider adding a corrosion inhibitor and/or a protective treatment to limit future fouling.
