The new Elmasonic P ultrasonic device series is an ideal support not only for medical analysis laboratories, but also for industry. The devices are available in 6 different sizes. They are functional, easily adjustable and feature a clearly readable display showing all actual and setpoint parameters. The various specific functions find their application both in industry, to solve intensive cleaning problems, and in laboratories, for the most varied applications.

Mixed frequencies

• Standard applications are performed with the 37 kHz frequency. If, in special cases, the energy density is too high, the electronic system is able to reduce the intensity.
• The 80 kHz frequency allows a longer operating time, which is particularly suitable for cleaning delicate parts and very small calibers. Thus, the microscopic bubbles produced by cavitation will implode and reach difficult areas even in the narrowest capillary tubes. The positive effect produced by using such a frequency is the considerable reduction of the sound level.

Functions

• Normal: for laboratory applications (mixing, dissolving, dispersing)
• Pulse: optional selection to "boost power" to increase peak power
• Sweep: for homogeneous power distribution throughout the entire bath
• Degas: for rapid degassing of analysis samples and HPLC solvents
• Power regulation: allows optimal power adjustment for laboratory applications or for performing certain specific cleaning tasks
