Description

ARCAMECA L736 is a concentrated neutral detergent solution, formulated with ionic and anionic surfactants and complexing agents for high-performance cleaning by immersion, with or without ultrasonics. Designed to remove fine soils such as polishing pastes, dust, oil residues and fingerprints, this non-foaming detergent is ideal for high-precision sectors. Its silicate- and borate-free, 100% biodegradable formulation ensures full compatibility with sensitive materials, while meeting environmental requirements.

APPLICATION

Usage procedure:

• Recommended dilution:
  • 3% for finishing cleaning
  • 5% for more intensive cleaning
• Preferably use demineralized water for optimal performance
• Usage temperature:
  • From 55°C
  • >80°C recommended for grease or heavy soiling
• Usable with or without ultrasonics
• Rinsing with clean water recommended
• Safe drying by adding additives (e.g.: AC PROTECT 102) to prevent oxidation

Note: For heavily soiled parts, prior use of an alkaline product such as ARCAMECA L821 or ARCASONIC BCLEAN is recommended.
