ARCASONIC LP841 is a concentrated powder of alkaline agents, dispersants and wetting agents for cleaning and degreasing in ultrasonic tanks. Its powder form allows maximum concentration (100% active ingredients) and convenient use.

ARCASONIC LP841 can clean all types of metals, including ferrous metals (steels, stainless steel, nickel) and light alloys such as aluminum or grey cast iron, zinc, or synthetic materials such as alkali-resistant rubbers or plastics.

ARCASONIC LP841 removes thick or burnt oils and greases, waxes, polishing and lapping paste residues, lacquers and paints.

  • Advantages: Concentrated powder product. Effective on scale and heavy greases.
  • Applications: Operating temperature: 50–80°C
  • Duration: 3–10 minutes
  • Dosage: 3 to 5% by mass
