ARCADECAP JANTES S30 is a powerful product developed for the stripping and renovation of aluminum wheels by hot immersion. This stripper enables short to moderate cycle times, with the majority of wheel coatings stripped in under 4 hours.

Description

Formulated on an aqueous base, ARCADECAP JANTES S30 offers remarkable effectiveness while being safer to use and more economical. Thanks to its excellent wetting power and high penetration capacity, it ensures deep stripping through a mechanism of swelling and breaking of adhesive bonds. The stripping bath can be kept clean by filtration. This stripper is free from methylene chloride, NMP and methanol.

APPLICATION METHOD

Application method:

• Clean/degrease the wheels to avoid slowing down stripping and to prevent bath contamination using ARCANE 816HP.
• Prepare the bath at a concentration of 30% product.
• Heat the bath to between 60°C and 85°C.
• Immerse the wheels once the bath has reached temperature.
• Stripping in 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the coating.
• Drain and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Wipe or allow the wheels to dry.
