Description
DEVELOPER ES10 is a solution formulated for magnetic particle inspection analysis of ferromagnetic materials. It enables homogeneous dispersion of fluorescent magnetic agents in suspension, significantly improving the precision and reliability of visual inspections. Thanks to its composition, DEVELOPER ES10 offers excellent wetting power, promotes fine suspension of magnetic particles and thus optimizes reading contrast for the detection of discontinuities, cracks or structural defects. Its degreasing and non-hazardous formula makes it a safe solution for use in industrial environments.

APPLICATION
Usage procedure:
- Use the product undiluted, without dilution
- Prepare the magnetic solution by dispersing approximately 0.5 g of fluorescent magnetic powder per liter of DEVELOPER ES10
- Shake the solution to ensure homogeneous suspension
- Apply by spraying or bath according to the magnetic particle inspection methods used
- Proceed with observation under UV light according to current NDT protocols
