Description
ARCANE 850 is a highly alkaline liquid detergent to be diluted, designed for intensive cleaning of industrial paint manufacturing and storage tanks. Non-foaming when hot, it is perfectly suited to spray cleaning processes. Thanks to its high stripping power, ARCANE 850 effectively removes residues from crosslinked two-component paints, PVB-based paints, as well as solvent-based or aqueous formulations. This product is widely used in industrial washing installations such as RENZMANN SKM machines.

APPLICATION
Usage procedure:
- Dilute ARCANE 850 between 30% and 50% in water depending on the level of soiling
- Operating temperature: between 40°C and 95°C
- Apply in closed cycle or spray in a suitable machine
- Treatment duration to be adjusted according to the nature and thickness of residues
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water after treatment
Application example: ARCANE 850 is used by a manufacturer in a RENZMANN SKM machine for effective cleaning of tanks that have contained epoxy, acrylic or polyester paints, in solvent-based or water-based phase.
