A caster kit for rotary washers makes the machine mobile, allowing it to be moved more easily around the workshop or work area.
Installed beneath the washer, the casters make it easier to move the machine when it needs to be relocated, the workspace needs to be reorganized, or access around the washer is needed for maintenance.
The kit is compatible with the following models in our range:

- ROTARY WASHER 870
- ROTARY WASHER 1130
- ROTARY WASHER 1460
How it works
The caster kit is installed on the rotary washer’s frame, converting it from a fixed installation to a mobile configuration.
Once equipped with the kit, the washer can be moved across a suitable floor without requiring additional material-handling equipment each time it is repositioned.
During use:
- The casters support the rotary washer and allow it to be moved.
- The operator can move the machine to the desired location.
- The washer can be repositioned to suit the layout of the work area.
- Once in position, the machine must be stabilized before use.
- It can then be moved again when needed.

This kit is primarily designed to make the rotary washer easier to move and reposition. It provides greater flexibility in organizing the workshop and makes it easier to access the machine and the area around it for cleaning or maintenance.
Moving the machine depends in particular on its weight, the type and condition of the floor, and whether the path is clear of obstacles. The washer must be properly stabilized before each operating cycle.
