OLEINE BI-DISTILLEE is a fraction of fatty acids rich in oleic acid (CAS: 112-80-1 / 68440-15). This grade consists mainly of fatty acids with a chain length of 16 to 18 carbons with linear saturated and unsaturated chains. It is a 100% plant-based raw material derived from rapeseed, not classified as hazardous and fully biodegradable. The product is obtained from the hydrolysis reaction of rapeseed oil.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Surfactant (surface-active agent)
- Soap precursors
- Lead preparation before soldering
INDUSTRIAL USE
- Manufacture of detergent products (eco-certifiable)
- Soap making
- Manufacture of cosmetic products (compliant with EU regulation 1993/2009 - COSMOS approved)
- Lubricant manufacturing
- Chemical synthesis precursor
- Lead preparation for solder bonding
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
By reacting with a base such as caustic soda or potash, the bi-distilled olein is neutralised and forms a sodium or potassium soap usable in detergents.
