An automatic latch locking system for rotary washers helps keep the machine securely closed by automatically locking the latches that hold the lid or door shut.
It makes the washer easier to use while helping ensure a secure wash cycle by preventing incomplete closure or improper manual locking of the latches.
The system is compatible with the following models:
- ROTARY WASHER 730
- ROTARY WASHER 870
- ROTARY WASHER 1130
- ROTARY WASHER 1460
- ROTARY WASHER 1800
How it works
Before starting a wash cycle, the rotary washer’s lid or door must be properly closed and held in place.
The automatic locking system handles this step without requiring each latch to be locked manually.
During operation:
- The operator closes the rotary washer’s lid or door.
- The system automatically engages the latches.
- The latches hold the lid or door closed.
- The machine can then complete its wash cycle with the lid or door securely held closed.
- At the end of the cycle, the system unlocks the latches so the machine can be opened.

This system primarily simplifies and automates closing the rotary washer. It reduces the steps required before and after each cycle and ensures consistent locking at the various closure points.
