Description
AC PROTECT 105 is a concentrated additive designed to prevent corrosion of metal parts during cleaning in closed spray washing machines or parts washer fountains. Effective in combination with an alkaline detergent such as ARCAMECA L821, it acts during washing and drying to prevent flash rusting. It also provides temporary protection for several days under shelter after cleaning. Free from nitrite, boron, phosphate, molybdate and silicate, it has an excellent environmental profile. It is non-foaming and perfectly compatible with hard water.

IMPLEMENTATION
Simple use as a complement to cleaning detergents in closed circuits. Recommendations:
- Dilution: 0.3% to 2% in the cleaning bath depending on cycle duration and metal sensitivity
- Add to water as a complement to detergent (e.g.: ARCAMECA L821)
- Stir to homogenize before use
- Provides anti-corrosion protection during and after the cycle, including during drying
