Would you like to order our products from a country not covered by our standard shipping solutions?
The Arcane Direct website allows professionals to order technical products and raw materials online. Deliveries are primarily handled in France as well as in several European countries within the intra-community zone. When your country is not part of the zones covered by our carriers, our Export service can nevertheless allow you to organise the shipment of your orders. Thanks to this support, you can purchase our products and set up a tailored logistics solution to import your goods into your country.
A service dedicated to professionals
The Arcane Direct Export service is exclusively aimed at professionals. Our teams support you in the logistics
organisation of your order: analysis of shipping feasibility, adaptation of volumes and packaging for international transport, preparation of the documents required for export and consideration of the regulations applicable in your country.
How does the Export service work?
The first step is to contact us, specifying your destination country as well as the products and quantities required. We also need the contact details of your freight forwarder in metropolitan France in order to determine the transport arrangements and the information required for shipment.
Based on this assessment, we will propose a tailored logistics arrangement covering shipping terms, order conditions, and estimated lead times. We will also work with you to determine the most appropriate Incoterms for your logistics setup.
Shipments are carried out in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, in particular EXW, FCA, or DAP, depending on the chosen solution.
Once the order is confirmed, we prepare the goods for export: packaging adapted for international transport, labelling, preparation of logistics documents, and shipment coordination. The wooden packaging used complies with international standard ISPM15, required for the international transport of goods.
Shipping zones
When the destination is within the European Union in the intra-community zone, we can arrange direct shipment to the final address. In this case, our teams handle order preparation, transport management, and logistics tracking through to delivery.
For other international destinations, goods can be made available EXW ex-warehouse or delivered to your freight forwarder in France. Your logistics provider can then take charge of transportation to the destination country.

We also regularly ship to French overseas territories, whether DROM (French Guiana, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Mayotte) or overseas collectivities such as Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, French Polynesia, Wallis-et-Futuna, and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
