Looking to order our products from a country not covered by our standard shipping solutions?
The Arcane Direct website allows professionals to order technical products and raw materials online. Deliveries are primarily handled in France as well as across several European countries within the EU single market. When your country is outside the areas served by our carriers, our Export service can still help you arrange shipment for your orders. Thanks to this support, you can purchase our products and set up a tailored logistics solution to import your goods into your country.
A service dedicated to professionals
The Arcane Direct Export service is exclusively intended for professionals. Our teams support you with the logistics
organization of your order: assessing shipping feasibility, adapting volumes and packaging for international transport, preparing the required export documentation, and factoring in the regulations applicable in your country.
How does the Export service work?
The first step is to contact us, specifying your destination country as well as the desired products and quantities. We also need the contact details of your freight forwarder in mainland France to understand the transport arrangements and required shipping details.
Based on this assessment, we offer a tailored logistics plan including shipping methods, order terms, and estimated lead times. We also determine with you the most appropriate Incoterms according to your logistics organization.
Shipments are carried out in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, notably EXW, FCA, or DAP, depending on the chosen solution.
Once the order is confirmed, we prepare the goods for export: packaging adapted to international transport, labeling, preparation of logistics documents, and shipping coordination. The wooden packaging used complies with the ISPM 15 international standard required for international freight transport.
Shipping zones
When the destination is within the European Union (intra-Community zone), we can directly arrange shipping to the final address. In this case, our teams handle order preparation, transport management, and logistics tracking right up to delivery.
For other international destinations, the goods can be made available EXW warehouse or delivered to your freight forwarder in France. Your logistics provider can then handle transport to the destination country.

We also regularly ship to French overseas territories, including both the DROM (French Guiana, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion Island, Mayotte) and overseas collectivities such as Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, and Saint Pierre and Miquelon.
